Do your colleagues learn from their mistakes?

In order to say a heartfelt ‘yes’ to this question, you need to share your mistakes. And that doesn’t come naturally to us as human beings. We don’t like it. So if you want to improve performance, it’s important to create a culture in which sharing mistakes is viewed positively. Only then can you truly learn from your mistakes.
We have built up a great deal of experience in helping organisations to develop into Learning Organisations. Celebrating mistakes is one of the interventions that we use to achieve it. Of course, this never goes wrong :.)
