In order to say a heartfelt ‘yes’ to this question, you need to share your mistakes. And that doesn’t come naturally to us as human beings. We don’t like it. So if you want to improve performance, it’s important to create a culture in which sharing mistakes is viewed positively. Only then can you truly learn from your mistakes.
