We are House of Performance, a management consultancy agency. Over the past 20 years, we’ve established ourselves as the specialists in continuous improvement of workplace performance. By enabling individuals and teams to excel, we achieve sustainable results for our clients. Our way of working is to advise and support people where possible, and confront them where necessary. We do so by making intelligent use of data and technology. By resetting the dials on the process, management, behaviour and leadership systems. And by looking at the best way of collaborating with our clients: this could be by appointing a consultant, an interim manager – or perhaps both.
