One of the ways in which House of Performance realizes behavioural change and improves performance in the workplace is through the use of gamification. We are currently deploying gamification for our client, a Dutch multinational in healthcare technology, with the aim of internalizing the sustainability goals set by the organization and translating them into the daily work of employees.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an intern for their sustainability team with a special focus on the above mentioned project.
What will you be doing?
You will be part of the Gamification project team, consisting of House of Performance consultants and our client. You will participate in the development, roll-out and support for our game, which aims to live through the sustainability goals and translate them into the daily work of employees. You will be working directly with the consultants from House of Performance and will be interacting with our game designers.
As part of the project team, you will perform the following tasks:
You will also be part of the customer’s sustainability team, which means that, besides working within the Gamification project team, you will also perform tasks for this team.

Practical affairs
The start date of the internship is negotiable, but preferably mid-August / beginning of September. Our client is based in Amsterdam. Currently, employees are working from home.
